About the role

- Leading and supporting departmental consultation, projects, research, and trend analysis related to the Campus Services units.

- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including campus partners, on projects integral to success.
- Providing discovery, analysis, planning, change management, and management of specific initiatives and projects from initiation to completion.
- Providing executive leadership support to the Campus Services Senior Leadership Group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or management or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem identification and resolution abilities.
- Demonstrated ability of leading and managing medium to large scale projects in large / complex environments.
- Experience leading business operations process and technology change within a complex environment.
- Experience in Business Analysis, process / continuous improvement, and solution implementations.
- Proven experience of navigating operations in a higher education / public environment.
- Knowledge and experience of customer service standards and procedures.
