Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of CDL-Toronto Sessions
Oversee the delivery of event management services to ensure client needs are being met
Resolve issues that may occur during events and escalate problems as required
Train others on the use of supported IT systems
Run queries to gather data
Plan and implement workflow for a group
Create and edit a standard operating procedures manual
Liaise with communications staff to coordinate marketing activities for events
Prepare financial summary reports
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent education and experience
Minimum five (5) years recent and related experience
Demonstrated understanding and program deployment using technical tools (Salesforce, Airtable, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom)
Experience working directly with start-ups and founder teams to execute programs
Experience with in-person and virtual event planning
Experience onboarding partners of strategic importance to the program and tech tools
Experience and confidence working with high performing teams and multiple stakeholders
Well-developed interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
Strong team-oriented work ethic with a willingness to work independently and autonomously
Demonstrated superior logistical planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional detail orientation, organization skills, and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
