About the role

  • Program Manager managing educational programs in aesthetics at AbbVie. Overseeing digital initiatives and collaborating with various stakeholders in the aesthetics industry.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of designated national and/or regional educational programs
  • Supporting the AMI Online and digital initiatives
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing managers on assigned programs
  • Liaising with IMCO and EUCAN for content sharing
  • Acting as the on-site lead for live or virtual programs
  • Creating KPIs for advancing HCPs knowledge and skills
  • Driving campaign enhancements for AMI Online registrations
  • Tracking and providing insights on AMI Online course usage
  • Creating graphic designs for AMI initiatives/programs
  • Monthly reporting on AMI budget components
  • Working directly with Medical and Regulatory stakeholders for approvals

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in science, business or related disciplines
  • Proven track record of success within a commercial, medical or education sector within the aesthetics industry
  • Continuing Professional Development course through CCPE preferred; Certification in CHE/CPD (CCPE)
  • Experience in Health Education is an asset
  • Experience working with agencies is an asset
  • Strong organization and prioritization ability
  • Proficient in Canva, SFMC, and digital platforms
  • Confidence in working closely with Key Opinion Leaders/Faculty in aesthetics
  • Ability to lead projects independently
  • Demonstrated skills in tactical program development
  • Knowledge of various Ethical /IMC, CMA, standards, dynamics and environment
  • Strength in cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multi-task managing simultaneous projects
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Bilingual (French) an asset
  • May require travelling 20% of time
  • Valid passport is required.
