About the role

  • Scheduler integrating master schedules for IREN’s renewable-energy AI cloud data centers and GPU deployments. Tracking critical paths, vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the integrated master schedule across all active programs
  • Identify and maintain the critical path across all workstreams, flagging variances and downstream impact to the Director of TPM
  • Run weekly schedule review sessions with program leads, updating baselines and forecasts based on actuals
  • Track key milestones across vendor deliveries, construction readiness, and customer go-live commitments
  • Produce schedule variance reports and trend analysis for executive reporting
  • Manage schedule change requests, assess impact, update baselines, and communicate revised timelines
  • Coordinate with Procurement to integrate long-lead hardware delivery timelines into the master schedule
  • Support the Design PM and Customer Delivery PM with workstream-level schedule inputs and dependency mapping
  • Ensure the master schedule remains current, baselined, and accessible to the full program team
  • Surface critical path risks to leadership before they become delivery issues
  • Document mitigation plans for potential milestone misses

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a scheduling or program controls role
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) and schedule risk analysis
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream schedules with many dependencies
  • Strong analytical and communication skills — able to translate schedule data into a clear leadership narrative
  • Experience in infrastructure, data center, HPC, or hyperscale deployment environments preferred
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMP certification preferred
  • Experience integrating hardware procurement lead times into integrated master schedules preferred
  • Exposure to Jira or similar platforms for task-level tracking alongside master scheduling preferred
