Requirements
Fluent in ASL and English
Documentation of native or near-native fluency in ASL is required
Knowledge of Deaf culture and/or lived experience with a Deaf community
Minimum level of proficiency required is Level 5 of ASLPI
Familiarity with various ASL curriculums, such as Signing Naturally and TRUE+WAY ASL (TWA) is essential
Previous experience teaching at UofT in LIN211/LIN212 is preferred
Excellent teaching evaluations and relevant active research are an asset
