About the role
- Lead Product Designer shaping Venn’s digital business banking platform for Canadian entrepreneurs. Refining design systems and shipping end-to-end fintech product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from initial concept through polished execution
- Refine design patterns, improve consistency, and contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to define problems, explore solutions, and ship polished outcomes
- Translate user insights, data, and feedback into interaction models and visual solutions
- Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets
- Iterate on shipped work using customer feedback and product metrics to drive measurable improvements
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating best work
- Deep understanding of design systems
- Strong visual and interaction design craft
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Eligible to work in Canada
