About the role

  • Technical Support Specialist providing technical support for corporate users, responsible for managing various software and hardware systems. The role requires being in office three days a week and administering Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Providing internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
  • Administering and managing Voices’ Google Workspace, MDM, Zero-Trust and office network systems.
  • Assisting HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks, related to hardware and software.
  • Managing the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS.
  • Required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days/week.
  • Requires occasional after hours work to resolve urgent requests or to perform network maintenance.
