Technical Support Specialist providing technical support for corporate users, responsible for managing various software and hardware systems. The role requires being in office three days a week and administering Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
Providing internal technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
Administering and managing Voices’ Google Workspace, MDM, Zero-Trust and office network systems.
Assisting HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks, related to hardware and software.
Managing the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.
Requirements
A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS.
Required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 days/week.
Requires occasional after hours work to resolve urgent requests or to perform network maintenance.
