About the role

AI Insights Tech Lead working on AI platform for insurance companies, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders, ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

Developing robust, scalable APIs in Python (Django and Fast API).
Collaborating with other technical stakeholders and leaders to actively work towards the design and implementation of systems.
Ensuring the reliability and scalability of our AI Insights platform.
Building ML/AI adjacent systems with AI engineering tooling (RAG, AI workflows, Evals, etc).
Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as projects develop, adjust and mature.

Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects.
Strengths in two areas: backend engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, frontend engineering.
Ability to think through problems end to end, including data, infrastructure, research, monitoring and inference considerations.
A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting.
Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space.
