About the role
- Front End Tech Lead shaping AI-powered document interaction at Wisedocs. Leading engineering team and enhancing front end features for automation platform and machine learning engine.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing key front-end features for our automation platform and advanced machine learning engine.
- Leading the creation of customer-centric features in response to growing client demand.
- Crafting front-end components with an emphasis on usability, performance, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Leading a small team of engineers.
- Running experiments on UX/UI patterns to improve AI productivity.
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in front-end development (we mainly use React).
- Experience or interest working with Document editing and parsing.
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects.
- A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting.
- Are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
