About the role
- Senior Front End Engineer leading a team to develop AI-powered document interaction at Wisedocs. Designing and implementing front-end features, enhancing UX, and improving AI productivity.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing key front-end features for our automation platform and advanced machine learning engine.
- Leading the creation of customer-centric features in response to growing client demand, tactfully enhancing our core product with additional benefits.
- Crafting front-end components with an emphasis on usability, performance, and adherence to best coding practices.
- Leading a small team of engineers
- Running experiments on UX/UI patterns to improve AI productivity
Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in front-end development (we mainly use React)
- Experience or interest working with Document editing and parsing
- Experience working across multiple engineering teams to deliver projects
- A track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in an independent and team setting
- Are enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to a team that aims to make a significant impact in the medical and insurance tech space.
