- Senior Technical Business Analyst supporting public-sector technology modernization. Improving correctional facility systems, video visitation services, integrations, and digital service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support complex technology modernization and service-delivery initiatives within a public-sector environment
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project leadership
- Analyze business needs and define business and technical requirements
- Improve business processes and support process development, improvement, and re-engineering
- Support delivery of complex technology solutions
- Contribute to secure technology infrastructure initiatives within correctional facilities
- Contribute to video visitation services, system integration, process modernization, and digital service delivery enhancements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing requirements from diverse stakeholder groups
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements
- 4+ years of experience facilitating and managing business process development, process improvement, or process re-engineering
- 3+ years of experience developing integrated system and technical design specifications
- 1+ year of experience working with correctional facility systems or correctional business processes
- Strong experience with business and technical analysis within complex IT environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions
