Requirements
- 3+ years as a software development manager
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Leadership or management training is an asset
- Proven experience leading modernization initiatives
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Experience building teams
- Demonstrated track record of developing team members
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies
