About the role

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs and non-functional requirements
- Define target, transitional, and integration architectures
- Produce architecture deliverables, including diagrams, flows, interfaces, and documentation
- Ensure solution scalability, maintainability, and performance
- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture directions
- Analyze business processes and translate them into appropriate technology solutions
- Collaborate with business and operations teams to understand their challenges and needs
- Assess technology options and recommend appropriate approaches
- Contribute to ERP transformation, application modernization, and process optimization initiatives
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
- Participate in the assessment and selection of technology solutions through RFP/RFI/RFQ processes
- Design integrations between applications, platforms, and external partners
- Define data flows, interfaces, and integration models
- Ensure data consistency, quality, availability, and traceability
- Contribute to the development of integration and information management strategies
- Ensure SAP solutions are consistent with other enterprise systems
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology governance processes
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on architecture decisions
- Ensure compliance with standards, architectural principles, and security requirements
- Promote best practices in architecture, integration, and risk management
- Support business and IT teams in implementing proposed solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or organizational and technology transformation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP, ideally SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Significant experience in organizational and technology transformation, application modernization, process optimization, ERP transformation, and enterprise solution integration
- Strong understanding of operational planning, resource management, manufacturing operations, procurement, logistics, and data management processes
- Experience with ERP processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Deliver / operational planning, and Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Good understanding of enterprise application ecosystems and interactions between transactional systems, operational platforms, and information management solutions
- Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures
- Experience defining target, transitional, and integration architectures
- Knowledge of integration technologies, data exchange platforms, and environments connected to enterprise systems
- Experience with RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes
- Ability to work directly with business units and operations teams to translate their needs into technology solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in French and English required
- Availability to work onsite in Montreal two days per week
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
