Responsibilities
Continually engage leads provided to you by Zensurance to convert requests for insurance into customers.
Evaluate the needs of prospective clients to make expert recommendations on necessary coverages.
Provide continuous support from quote to sale to ensure a seamless client experience within set timelines.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our insurance products and educate clients on their policy coverages and needs, breaking down complicated concepts into simpler terms.
Recommend operational changes to our processes to support further improvement of the overall customer experience.
Connect with external stakeholders (underwriters, insurance companies) and work as part of the team to achieve shared goals.
Provide weekly flow updates to enhance programs and pricing.
Requirements
You must hold a valid BC Level 2 or 3 license and have 3+ years of commercial broking experience. A RIBO license is a definite asset.
You have the ability to handle a large volume of inbound leads with the drive and persistence to convert them into clients, meeting set targets.
Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools to streamline your workflows and manage high-volume client data.
You're able to communicate complicated concepts clearly and break them down into simpler terms for clients.
You show attention to detail, strong organization, and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time.
