Responsibilities

  • Continually engage leads provided to you by Zensurance to convert requests for insurance into customers.
  • Evaluate the needs of prospective clients to make expert recommendations on necessary coverages.
  • Provide continuous support from quote to sale to ensure a seamless client experience within set timelines.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our insurance products and educate clients on their policy coverages and needs, breaking down complicated concepts into simpler terms.
  • Recommend operational changes to our processes to support further improvement of the overall customer experience.
  • Connect with external stakeholders (underwriters, insurance companies) and work as part of the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Provide weekly flow updates to enhance programs and pricing.

Requirements

  • You must hold a valid BC Level 2 or 3 license and have 3+ years of commercial broking experience. A RIBO license is a definite asset.
  • You have the ability to handle a large volume of inbound leads with the drive and persistence to convert them into clients, meeting set targets.
  • Proven ability to utilize a BMS or other digital tools to streamline your workflows and manage high-volume client data.
  • You're able to communicate complicated concepts clearly and break them down into simpler terms for clients.
  • You show attention to detail, strong organization, and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time.
  • A passion for sales and delivering an exceptional client experience.
