Requirements

  • Required Qualifications: – 6+ years of experience in Application/Production Support roles – Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk – Proven experience providing L2 support in production environments – Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management (ITIL processes) – Experience with application monitoring, alerting, and log analysis — SQL skills for querying and basic troubleshooting – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment – Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services (FI) – Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
