Responsibilities
Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents raised by business users. Provide day-to-day operational support for the Archer platform and in-scope use cases. Participate in the Change Process for production changes. Support deployment activities and post-release verification. Provide status updates on incidents, risks, and backlog items. Escalate critical issues appropriately and communicate impact and resolution clearly. Maintain support documentation and known-issue logs. Capture root cause analyses (RCA) for all incidents.
