About the role

  • Bilingual Exam Coordinator needed for a 7-month contract in downtown Toronto. Must have customer service experience and be bilingual in French and English.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience with Customer Support; 1+ years of experience in Customer Service; Bilingual French and English speaking and writing; Ticket and phone call management and working to SLA’s; Office Administration abilities; Data and analytical experience; High degree of professionalism and accountability.
