About the role

  • Bilingual (English/French) Customer Success Manager needed for a 12-month contract in Toronto, ON. Manage client accounts, drive growth, and build trusted partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, deliver strategic recommendations that drive fundraising success, identify expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth, and build long-term client partnerships and measurable business results.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English & French; Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Business Development experience; strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; a consultative, growth-focused mindset; exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
