About the role
- Hiring a Change Management Lead for a top global law firm. 6-month contract, 4 days/week in Toronto, ON.
Responsibilities
- The Change Management Lead will develop change management plans including communications and training, present to executive committees to establish buy-in, and work hands-on developing content for change management at multiple levels of the business.
Requirements
- Must have experience developing at least 1 Change Management plan (including communications and training). Strong presence in front of executive committee to establish complete buy-in with strong tenure in Change Management (likely 8+ years). Must be willing to work hands on in developing content for change management at multiple levels of the business. Must come from an enterprise environment.
