About the role

  • Kelly Services seeks a Customer Complaint Resolution Representative for a client in Oakville, ON, to handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer complaints professionally and empathetically, review and validate concerns, investigate issues, provide solutions within authority, escalate complex issues, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call centre, or complaint resolution experience preferred; strong communication and active listening skills; ability to remain calm and professional; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; high attention to detail; ability to follow policies; comfort with escalation; proficiency with computer systems and customer management tools considered an asset.

Benefits

  • Contract for 6 months to perm based on performance and need; Monday to Friday onsite in Oakville, ON; Pay rate: $25-$27/hour + 4% vacation pay.
