About the role

  • Digital Product Manager responsible for planning and delivering key platform functionality across digital channels. Owns product backlog, leads discovery, and collaborates with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • The Digital Product Manager role is responsible for driving the planning and lead the delivery of key platform functionality such as new features, enhancements, architectural development, and reporting & analytics, that deliver value across Digital channels. What You’ll Do Product Ownership: Own a product backlog and ensure it is prioritized to continuously remove customer friction and drive business value. Customer Experience: Own the end-to-end customer experience for your outcome team Product Discovery: Lead product discovery, working through sophisticated problems to generate innovative ideas and solutions that address user needs and business objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across all levels of the organization (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Compliance, Analytics) to identify business challenges and gain alignment on requirements & roadmap. Customer Insights: Actively seek customer feedback, behaviors, and analytics data to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement. Market Research: Run and own research on the customer as well as the market in order to build truly customer-first solutions and maintain a competitive edge. Agile Participation: Be an active participant in scrum ceremonies such as refinement, story pointing, sprint planning, and demos. MVP Definition: Define and implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) balancing between the digital strategy, execution of new features, and continuous optimization. Key Metric Management: Be accountable for driving key metrics forward Timeline Management: Manage multiple and sometimes conflicting timelines, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and deliver value. Compliance focus: Work with the Compliance team to stay up to date on compliance, risk, and regulation needs

Requirements

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of digital product management experience, ideally within the financial services industry. Proven experience with agile/scrum software development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive into complex problem areas to extract insights and generate creative solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the flexibility to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels within and outside the organization. Proficient presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), agile project management tools (Jira and/or Miro), and remote user testing platforms. Experience in experimentation and A/B testing methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic group, taking initiative and driving results.
