About the role

  • Instructional Designer role designing accessible blended learning solutions in financial services using Vyond/JAWS. Agile environment with focus on e-learning, simulations, and WCAG compliance.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for assessing learning needs, designing engaging, accessible blended learning solutions, and supporting complex, fast-paced projects within an agile environment. This position offers the chance to work on high-impact initiatives within a leading financial organization, contributing to innovative learning strategies and performance improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer. Proven ability to analyze learning needs and develop strategic, accessible solutions. Expertise in designing and developing a variety of learning modalities, including e-learning, instructor-led, and self-paced content. Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 suite, Vyond, and Adobe Acrobat for creating simulations, videos, and accessible PDFs. Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication abilities. Deep understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1, and experience testing assets with JAWS or keyboard navigation. Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word. Experience supporting financial industry projects in fast-paced, transformational environments. Ability to work effectively in an agile, iterative setting, managing scope and priorities efficiently.
