  • Intermediate Project Manager for Government Services Client. 12-month contract, 100% on-site in Downtown Toronto, focusing on operations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment. Partner closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and other business units to drive process improvements. Monitor project performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions when needed. Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain strong communication across teams. Support change management efforts, documentation, and training related to project rollouts.
