About the role
- HR Manager role supporting a real estate investment firm's operational division. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and onsite team support across GTA properties.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner supporting a growing operational portfolio across hourly and corporate populations. Lead employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and training programs. Partner with hiring leaders on workforce and recruitment needs, including full-cycle hiring and onboarding. Travel regularly to GTA properties to support onsite teams and drive culture and leadership alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive HR experience with 1โ2+ years in a leadership or HR business partner capacity. Strong employee relations experience including investigations, terminations, and performance management. Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting diverse employee groups. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior leadership.
