Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Agile SCRUM standups, develop enterprise applications using Java, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, microservices architecture, and design patterns. Lead development teams and interact with front office within Capital Markets Technology.
Requirements
- Over 5 years developing enterprise applications in multiple modern languages (Java, Angular, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap), including microservices architecture and design patterns. 2+ years leading development teams. Experience with institutional equities workflows and direct interaction with front office within Capital Markets Technology. 5+ years with Linux/Unix systems and scripting. 10+ years SQL or query language expertise and database design. Skilled with DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Rancher, build/deploy pipelines). Knowledge of Messaging Bus technologies (Kafka, MQ, FIX, JMS, Solace). Familiarity with automation and scheduling tools (Airflow, Tidal, Nifi).
