Manager, B2B Product Management role leading a team of Product Managers for CRM and prepaid commerce products. Hybrid position in Toronto with focus on strategic direction and platform execution.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Executive Director, Product Management, as the Manager, B2B Product Management you will manage and develop a team of Product Managers who shape and deliver the vision and strategy for our CRM and prepaid commerce products. You will guide the roadmap and execution of digital solutions that power enterprise clients’ commerce and sales operations—spanning CRM capabilities for media, groups & events, and corporate fulfillment, as well as prepaid offerings like vouchers and gift cards. In this role, you’ll provide both strategic direction and handson support, enabling your team to make datadriven decisions and deliver highimpact products. You’ll foster alignment across sales, technology, operations, finance, and external partners to ensure our CRM tools and prepaid platforms are scalable, efficient, and consistently elevate the customer and sales team experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 5+ years of Product Management experience with multi‑platform Commerce or CRM ecosystem applications. 2+ years of people management experience supporting PMs, POs, or BAs. Experience leading product roadmap development and working with UX and engineering teams. Experience driving process optimization and operational efficiency in an Agile framework. Demonstrated ability to deliver strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of CRM, B2B commerce, and multi‑channel sales workflows. Ability to use KPIs, metrics, and client insights to drive prioritization and decision‑making. Effective stakeholder management and cross‑functional communication skills. Strong ability to guide teams through complex problem‑solving and platform modernization. Expertise in Agile product development, backlog management, and iterative delivery. Ability to coach Product Managers and build high‑performing product teams. Experience identifying opportunities through industry trends, market analysis, and emerging technologies. Certification(s) in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum (e.g., CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic is an asset. Proven success migrating CRM and/or B2B commerce platforms is an asset.
