About the role

  • Marketing Admin Coordinator needed for a 4-month hybrid contract in Toronto with a top banking client. Pay rate $49/hr Inc. + HST.

Responsibilities

  • Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Marketing Admin Coordinator. The duration of the contract is 4 months with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in downtown Toronto and it’s 3 days/week onsite. Pay rate – $49/hr Inc. + HST.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience working with enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and publishing digital content. Familiarity with web analytics and monitoring tools, SEO auditing tools, and defect/work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront, SimilarWeb). Experience in digital governance, website operations, quality assurance, or related roles supporting enterprise web properties. Working knowledge of accessibility practices (e.g., WCAG), SEO fundamentals, and usability best practices. Experience validating content/experiences against regulatory, legal, and/or internal risk requirements; ability to document evidence and maintain traceability.
