Requirements
Require strong experience with BMC products, technical expertise with BMC ITSM v20.x and newer (installation, patching, configuration, and troubleshooting across ARS, AI, CMDB, ITSM, RKM, SLM, Smart IT, DWP, and DWPC). Experience in Smart Reporting setup and modifications, workflow analysis and performance troubleshooting. Skilled in running BMC utilities, foundation data loads, and DMT tools, as well as analyzing SOAP, REST, and Atrium Integrator integrations. Additional strengths include Linux OS familiarity and experience collaborating with BMC support for issue resolution. Require to be eligible for Secret Level Security Clearance.
