Responsibilities
Provide production support for Pega applications, guiding the incident response process, tracing and understanding rulesets, agents/listeners, job schedulers, connect SOAP/REST, and service files. Write SQL queries and execute stored procedures in DB2/SCON. Use monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Splunk, and Kibana. Problem-solve integration issues and work with RBC Infrastructure including AIX, DB2, F5, NAS, OCP, and z/OS.
Requirements
7+ years of experience. Production support experience with ability to guide a team through incident response. Strong hands-on experience in PEGA application support including tracing, rulesets, agents/listeners, job scheduler, connect SOAP/REST, service files. Experience in writing SQL queries, functions/views, and executing stored procedures in DB2/SCON. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Splunk, and Kibana. Able to problem-solve integration issues. Experienced with RBC Infrastructure such as AIX, DB2, F5, NAS, OCP, and z/OS. Certified PEGA System Architect certification.
