Requirements
Strong experience in Production Support and Application Support environments; hands-on knowledge of ETL processes, Java, and SQL; experience in Support Lead or Production Support Lead roles; experience with incident management and root cause analysis; knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA; experience monitoring APIs and troubleshooting enterprise applications; hands-on experience with Dynatrace log analysis and monitoring; strong SQL query writing and data validation skills; experience with UNIX/Linux commands and troubleshooting; experience supporting batch jobs using ESP/Autosys; understanding of ITIL processes and production support best practices; experience collaborating with development and business teams for issue resolution; knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus; experience with DB2 databases is preferred; exposure to API automation and support automation tools is a plus; strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
