About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee comprehensive project planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks to drive accountability and transparency. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate project management best practices. Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and tools. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to project execution. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met. Develop and implement strategic project plans that align with business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams to ensure successful delivery. Oversee project governance activities including decision making processes and escalation management. Manage resource allocation and budgeting for multiple projects. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas. Mentor and coach junior project management staff to enhance team capabilities. Liaise with senior leadership to report on project status risks and outcomes.
