Responsibilities
- Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer (Integration focused) delivering Salesforce solutions with focus on Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments. Responsibilities include working with Service Cloud capabilities (omnichannel routing, digital channels, Agentforce, case management, contact center operations), collaborating with Salesforce product/account teams, enterprise data models and KPIs, contact center analytics, integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Kafka), and working with scalable, secure architectures integrating Salesforce with broader tech stacks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technology field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions with focus on Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments. Deep understanding of Service Cloud capabilities. Experience working closely with Salesforce teams and understanding SKUs/features/roadmap. Experience with enterprise data models, business metrics, and KPIs within Salesforce. Expertise in contact center analytics. Hands‑on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise data platforms including Snowflake. Exposure to event‑driven architectures and real‑time integrations using Kafka. Exposure to scalable, secure architectures integrating Salesforce with broader enterprise tech stacks. Ability to collaborate effectively across internal development teams, multiple systems integrators, and third‑party vendors. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
