About the role
- Hiring SDET in Toronto, ON. Build automation frameworks, execute CI/CD testing, collaborate with teams, and leverage AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automation frameworks for Web, API, and Integration testing. Execute automated testing within CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Development, Product, and QA teams. Support test strategy, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Test Automation / Quality Engineering with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress; API Testing (Postman, RestAssured); Java, Python, or JavaScript; Strong SQL and Data Testing skills; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions); Agile/Scrum environment experience; Knowledge of Automation Frameworks, Microservices, and QA best practices. Nice to Have: GenAI / AI-assisted testing experience; Azure, AWS, or GCP exposure; Docker & Kubernetes; Banking / Financial Services experience.
