About the role
- Senior Business Analyst needed for a 12-month Salesforce CRM contract in Toronto, ON. Rate $100/hour, hybrid work.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and requirements gathering with stakeholders, translate business needs into User Stories using Azure DevOps, collaborate with Salesforce implementation vendors during Agile sprints, support backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and solution delivery, create business process flows, test cases, and documentation, and act as primary liaison between business SMEs and technical delivery teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years developing Salesforce CRM solutions within the public sector; 5+ years working with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or related Salesforce Cloud; 5+ years of Agile Scrum experience; 5+ years creating User Stories and managing requirements in Azure DevOps; 3+ years integrating Salesforce with third-party systems; strong business requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
