About the role
- Senior Developer – DevOps & Platform Engineering needed for a 6-month contract in Toronto, ON. Build enterprise-scale self-service platforms using IaC, CI/CD, and cloud-native technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern platform engineering and DevOps solutions. Build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) automation using Terraform, Ansible, and similar tools. Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer self-service capabilities. Integrate enterprise platforms including GitHub, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes (AKS), Azure, ArgoCD, ServiceNow, and related technologies. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver scalable automation solutions. Help transform manual processes into secure, API-driven, automated workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software development experience. 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, YAML, Python, and/or PowerShell. Experience building scalable cloud automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions. Agile delivery experience with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
