This role will suit someone with strong, hands-on experience across: Java enterprise development, Oracle databases & backend systems, API design & integration, Financial systems / modules, Database engineering, Unix/Linux environments, Cloud exposure (ideally Azure). Strong preference for candidates who have worked within municipal, provincial, or federal government environments (or similar highly regulated domains).
