About the role
- Senior Salesforce Business Analyst needed for 12-month contract in Toronto, ON. Bridge business and technical teams to deliver a Funding Management System.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for business SMEs across Regional and Sector Capacity portfolios. Collaborate with implementation vendors to translate business requirements into refined user stories within Azure DevOps. Support Agile/SCRUM sprint reviews, backlog grooming, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Help shape the agency’s long-term Enterprise CRM vision.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Public Sector experience building complete Salesforce CRM solutions. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Grantmaking, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud. 5+ years managing User Stories and requirements documentation using Microsoft Azure DevOps under Agile/SCRUM frameworks. Strong background in 3rd-party system integrations. Assets: Salesforce Certified BA, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, PMI-PBA, or IIBA certifications.
