About the role

  • Hiring a Technical Customer Success Manager for a Canadian OSS/BSS provider. Remote role on EST, owning customer relationships, onboarding, migrations, and technical solutioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships end-to-end (post-sale + implementation + growth). Lead onboarding, migrations and platform implementations. Act as a true strategic partner – not just a relationship manager. Work hands-on with APIs, integrations, and technical solutioning.

Requirements

  • Telco backgrounds (strong preference) – Customer Success – Implementation / Onboarding – Technical Account Management OR B2B SaaS / Product companies – API integrations – Platform migrations – Customer onboarding – Technical solutioning.

Benefits

  • Up to $120K + Stock Options + Benefits – Remote (Toronto-based, EST) – Light U.S. travel (1–2x per quarter).
