We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences within Salesforce environments.
Responsibilities
Design user-centric experience journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for Salesforce applications including Lightning Experience, custom objects, and workflows. Develop and iterate prototypes to validate concepts and ensure alignment with business requirements, project scope, and Salesforce platform standards. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Salesforce developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences. Conduct UX research tailored to Salesforce users, including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations. Analyze user behavior, CRM workflows, and interaction data to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement. Translate functional and business requirements into optimized UX designs specific to Salesforce components, including: Lightning App Pages, Record Pages, Console Navigation Experiences, Salesforce Flows and guided user interfaces. Ensure all UI/UX designs comply with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and accessibility standards such as WCAG. Evaluate existing Salesforce UI implementations for consistency, usability, and performance improvements. Work closely with development teams during build and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases to ensure design accuracy and usability standards are met. Create and maintain documentation for UX standards, design patterns, and best practices within Salesforce implementations. Support usability testing, A/B testing, and post-release UX evaluations to continuously improve user experience.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience designing UX for Salesforce Lightning Experience. Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Good knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including objects, flows, validation rules, and role-based access controls. Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications. Strong foundation in UX principles, human-centered design, and usability heuristics. Proven experience conducting UX research and usability testing for enterprise or CRM systems. Ability to translate user research insights into actionable design improvements within Salesforce environments. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar. Experience creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes. Familiarity with prototyping Salesforce-specific workflows is an added advantage. Experience with analytics and feedback tools such as Salesforce reports, Hotjar, or Google Analytics. Ability to analyze CRM usage data and workflow efficiency metrics to inform design decisions. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
