- 5+ years as a Product Designer working on complex digital products • Strong visual design & UI craftsmanship with production-ready deliverables • 2+ years working within large cross-functional teams (Product, BSA, Engineering, QA, Design, Content, Research) • 3+ years transforming customer insights, research, and analytics into validated design solutions • 2+ years of recent experience designing native iOS and Android apps • Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
