About the role
- Finance intern supporting accounts payable, receivable, procurement, and automation projects. 1Password builds secure password management and unified access solutions.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and credit card transactions to support the Accounts Payable team
- Assist Accounts Receivable by triaging and responding to simple customer emails
- Prepare check deposit reports
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and AI automation projects
- Support the team on special projects
- Provide ad-hoc support to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Procurement teams
- Collaborate across Finance and other departments to support accurate financial statements and efficient financial processes
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at an educational institution (e.g. college, university, bootcamp)
- Must live in and be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States
- No work authorization, relocation assistance, sponsorship, or visa transfer provided
- Available for a 4-month internship from January to April 2027
- Confidence: willingness to take on new challenges and see them through to completion
