About the role
- Microsoft D365 Finance Lead Consultant implementing, configuring, and supporting Dynamics 365 for RSM’s professional-services clients. Delivering training, documentation, and post-implementation consulting.
Responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Install, train users, upgrade, configure, support, and document Dynamics 365
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Provide post-implementation support through the help desk
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
- Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is a plus
- Experience with Scribe is a plus
- SQL Server Reporting Services experience is a plus
- Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to provide post-implementation support (help desk)
- Ability to provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
