About the role
- Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation lead at global professional services firm. Managing client delivery, project governance, solution architecture, and implementation teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client implementation projects successfully
- Lead functional areas of Microsoft D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementations
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Design solution architecture
- Directly manage onshore and offshore implementation teams
- Work from requirements gathering through go-live
- Collaborate with implementation teams, clients, and internal RSM support teams
- Support successful implementation delivery and project governance
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions
- Management of at least two full lifecycle Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations or previous versions
- Demonstrated success as a functional lead or technical lead of a Finance or Supply Chain D365 F&SC implementation
- Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
- Deep knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Plan to Produce business processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferred: industry experience in Consumer Products, Retail, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, or Government Contracting implementations
- Preferred: PMP certification
- Preferred: Dynamics D365 F&SC certifications
- Preferred: D365 Power Platform implementation experience
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Preferred: BS/BA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
