About the role

  • Product Management Intern at 1Password supporting Device Trust in enhancing customer device security and managing emerging risks. Collaborating across teams for product discovery and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Device Trust product team in delivering enhanced experiences that help customers implement device security and manage emerging device risks
  • Contribute to discovery, definition, and execution of product work
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, common frameworks and principles (e.g., Zero Trust), and best practices (threats, risk, controls, governance/compliance concepts)
  • Familiarity with IAM systems and common authentication and authorization methods and protocols (e.g., SSO concepts, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA)
  • Work with PMs and cross-functional partners to turn product initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, FAQs, and release notes
  • Have practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g., research, writing, synthesis, prototyping)
  • Summarize and structure input from support, sales, and customer conversations into themes tied to measurable outcomes
