About the role
- Client Care Specialist handling inbound customer calls, residential sales, and service scheduling for Abell Pest Control. Managing account issues, records, reports, and branch support.
Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming telephone calls to secure residential sales and schedule service
- Complete Route Managers' data entry work
- Enter daily reports, new contracts, one-times, Electronic Site Management (ESM), product sales forms, and service requisitions
- Solve residential account issues
- Manage customer files and ensure filing is current
- Schedule Route Managers' one-time work and home services
- Complete follow-up calls to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Complete month-end activities
- Check missing tag reports
- Manage functions of chain accounts, including reporting, scoring, and knowledge of procedures
- Support Branch staff as directed by the Manager
- Report to the Office Manager
Requirements
- One or more years of customer service related experience
- Written and verbal communication, interpersonal and support skills
- Able to use all related hardware and software
- Inside sales experience an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Willingness to work holidays as needed
