Responsibilities
Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives on enterprise opportunities averaging 5,000 to 50,000 employees
Customize and deliver demos that align to business initiatives like employee engagement, retention, and productivity
Communicate with technical fluency APIs and integrations (e.g., with Workday, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Slack)
Providing feedback loops into Product and Marketing for roadmap and positioning
Responding to complex RFI/RFP questions that require your product expertise
Research our competition, stay ahead of the game and share back insights
Travel (25-30% of the time) to deliver solution onsite
Lead pre-sales activities defining challenges, architecture and managing expectations
Scope out a deal that is getting close to the finish line and set the client up for success
Working cross-functionally with Sales Enablement to shape training programs and new product launches
Create collateral to effectively communicate and influence the deal such as mocks, video content, presentations etc.

Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a solution consultant (or equivalent) at a software company (SaaS preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
Secondary Language required: French and/or German
Knowledge of industry tools a plus: Workday, Microsoft, UKG, SAP
Knowledge or experience in the HR industry a plus
Honed communication skills, and comfortability presenting to C-suite and decision makers
A self-starter who takes the initiative to get things done.
Ability to effectively deliver technical components to an audience comprised of varying degrees of technical knowledge
Previous experience in manufacturing, information technology, and/or professional services industries would be an asset
