Senior Growth Marketing Manager building demand for Acuity Insights’ higher-education products. Leading campaigns, nurture, measurement, AI adoption, and international demand-generation pilots.
Responsibilities
Set and run quarterly demand-generation plans aligned with commercial priorities
Identify target audiences and opportunities, select channels and tactics, build and launch campaigns, measure results, and optimize based on learnings
Translate product positioning, market insight, customer needs, and commercialization priorities into demand-generation strategies
Architect, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, prospect communications, and new approaches
Own the webinar program end to end, including audience and promotion strategy, registration, follow-up, and measurement
Build and evolve nurture programs with audience and vertical-specific journeys, triggers, segmentation, and sales-readiness paths
Use HubSpot, campaign data, and business intelligence capabilities to measure qualified demand, pipeline progression, and revenue contribution
Establish measurement rhythms, test targeting and messaging, compare campaign and channel performance, and guide investment decisions
Apply AI to campaign development, research, content creation and repurposing, nurture, experimentation, and analysis
Develop and run a demand-generation pilot in Australia/New Zealand or the UK/Ireland
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, RevOps, Marketing Operations, Events Marketing, Communications, Customer Marketing, and Creative teams
Report to the Director of Marketing
Help build a stronger, more scalable demand-generation engine and improve commercialization, nurture, event-to-demand, AI, and international growth capabilities
Requirements
Canadian residency and valid work authorization
Experience owning B2B demand generation with accountability for qualified leads, pipeline, and commercial outcomes, ideally in SaaS or another complex B2B environment
Experience designing, launching, measuring, and optimizing integrated campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, nurture, and virtual events
Experience bringing a new product or meaningful product development to market and building demand around it
Experience independently planning and executing webinars or other virtual events end to end
Experience using marketing and funnel data to evaluate performance, identify patterns, make investment decisions, and understand marketing activity’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
Experience building or significantly improving nurture programs, segmentation, automation flows, and recurring prospect communications using HubSpot or similar platforms
Experience partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to turn customer, market, and product insight into demand-generation strategies
Experience using AI meaningfully in day-to-day marketing work
Experience generating demand outside North America, particularly in Australia/New Zealand or the UK/Ireland, would be valuable
Experience as the only Growth Marketer or one of very few would be particularly relevant
Ability to work independently, make recommendations, prioritize effectively, and move work forward
Hands-on experience with campaign strategy, ad platforms, webinar plans, landing pages, and email flows
