About the role

  • Training Manager providing training on controller programming and software management for building automation. Collaborating with technical support and product sales teams to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training to our clients on programming our controllers and on using our software for controller and control device management.
  • Manage the equipment, workstations and software required for training.
  • Be proactive in improving the tools available and internal processes within the Ministry.
  • Create and/or update training materials and training support tools offered to our clients via the company website.
  • Develop and update new training course content.

Requirements

  • University degree or technical certificate in HVAC/control, or other relevant experience in technical training.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the following areas: Technical training, Technical writing, HVAC systems, Niagara AX platforms, Building automation, Instrumentation and controls, Information systems and programming, Process control.
  • English (French is an asset).
