Responsibilities
Creates high‑quality digital learning using contemporary instructional design approaches, interactive media, and user-centered design.
Utilizes e-learning authoring tools and AI capabilities to rapidly develop and enhance content, ensuring relevance, accessibility, and strong learner engagement.
Partners with business leaders to understand capability needs, translate strategy into learning solutions, and ensure programs directly support organizational priorities, performance expectations, and long-term workforce development.
Supports the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs and career development resources aligned to global talent frameworks.
Develops, maintains, and delivers global compliance learning programs—including mandatory training, regulatory requirements, and operational skill content—ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across all regions.
Manages learning systems, tools, templates, and processes that enable efficient development and delivery of training.
Generates dashboards, insights, and analytics to measure learning impact, track engagement, and guide program improvements—ensuring learning investments are delivering business value.
Requirements
