Responsibilities
Serve as a consultant to partners by assessing their needs and supporting them in selecting and implementing appropriate learning solutions
Recommend learning strategies that consider sector-specific requirements, organizational objectives, and the business context
Prioritize learning needs with partners to maximize impact
Support partners in planning and monitoring learning-related projects
Evaluate learning transfer and measure the impact of training initiatives to ensure sustainability and effectiveness
Participate in strategic projects, particularly those related to skills development and the evolution of learning practices
Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and providing support to colleagues in executing their projects
Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, instructional/educational technology, or another related discipline
Have between three (3) and five (5) years of experience in similar roles, including demonstrated consulting expertise
Experience with Articulate 360
Ability to implement innovative instructional approaches, such as microlearning, social learning, experiential learning, or approaches related to a learning organization
Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written
